I had a plan to run this afternoon while the baby was napping, but it was trainwrecked by her lack of nap. So I learned a lesson, always have a back up plan. I did get a run in today, but it was later than I planned, which threw off the rest of my plans. I ran intervals again, but this time I upped my speed. Cheers!
Alright lady we're in this together! I'm going to check in on your blog and keep you motivated! I get runners magazine so I will throw out a few tips and tricks to keep you moving. The first one...get some 10 pound weights so you can build some upper body strenth and don't forget to try and get at least 25-50 situps in a day to start building your core as well. This will help a lot with endurance! Go to the website Acitve.com, it will give you local events so you can pick up a 5K here and there to work on speed in a group setting and it will give you great training adivice as well!
